5. Billing & Fees

AgentRef uses usage-based billing. Paid plan pricing and billing thresholds are shown in the product and may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and third-party payment fees.

6. Availability & Changes

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably required for security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AgentRef is provided "as is" and without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
