Stable entry points for API and MCP workflows

Read-only discovery is public, but apply actions require a verified affiliate account. Use the public listing pages for discovery, then switch into authenticated REST or MCP flows for program applications.

REST discovery: GET /api/v1/marketplace/programs
REST docs: /api/v1/docs
MCP endpoints: /api/mcp/affiliate for affiliate workspace tools and /api/mcp/merchant for merchant operations.
Auth: verified affiliate account plus API key or MCP OAuth session.
Apply action: POST /api/v1/marketplace/apply/{programId} or the MCP tool apply_to_program.
